About the Instructor:
David Barnet has been a full-time woodworker since 1975, starting his apprenticeship at the Rochester Folk Art Guild at age 23. With nearly five decades of craftsmanship, David is the master artisan overseeing the Guild’s woodshop. His work has been featured in prestigious venues such as the Renwick Gallery in Washington, D.C., and has contributed to the Guild’s exhibitions across the Finger Lakes.
David is an active member of the Finger Lakes Woodturners, where he teaches and mentors aspiring woodworkers. His expert knowledge has shaped countless professional woodworkers throughout his career.
